After a good performance from T1 vs Gen.G , they won in the series with a score of 3-1 in the LCK Semifinals. The three time World Champions will move into the Grand finals against DWG Kia as the two teams will compete for the LCK 1st seed.

Their qualification to the 2021 LoL World Championships will be important to them as it signifies the end of a two year stint away from the World stage.

LCK now have 4 seeds at the 2021 LoL World Championships due to DWG Kia’s win at the 2020 LoL World Championships. 

In past years, T1 would not have qualified for the World Championship of League of Legends at this stage due to the points of the championship. 

However, any team that will play in the final round of the LCK Regional Finals will qualify for the championship worlds.
